Years of teaching breath.
Now I help you find space.
For over a decade I taught yoga in Somers — watching students move through transitions, hold their breath through hard decisions, and eventually exhale into something better. Real estate, I realized, is the same practice in a different room.
From the mat to the market.
I didn't come to real estate from a sales floor. I came from a studio — a room where people learned to stay steady when everything felt uncertain. After years of guiding students through change, I started noticing how often the hardest transitions happened at home: a growing family, an empty nest, a chapter ending, a new one waiting to begin.
So I got licensed, joined Above & Beyond Real Estate, and brought the same philosophy with me. Buying, selling, or downsizing is rarely just a transaction — it's a moment where your next chapter meets the logistics to get there. My job is to hold the logistics, so you can stay present for the chapter.
Today I serve Somers, Enfield, Stafford, and the greater northeast Connecticut region — first-time buyers, high-end sellers, and families right-sizing into what comes next.

Three things I won't compromise.
Presence over pressure
You'll never feel rushed into the biggest decision of your year. I move at the pace the moment asks for — and I'm fully here while we do it.
Clarity over jargon
Contracts, contingencies, inspections — I translate the noise into plain language so you always know exactly where things stand.
Relationship over transaction
Most of my business comes from past clients and their families. That only happens when the work is honest and the care outlasts the closing.
